Orders, formulas, quality, packaging
What is your minimum order?
2,000 units per SKU. From 10,000 units, we can offer an optimal price.
What is the production lead time?
Around 90 days per new production run, once the formula is approved. The development before that depends on the number of SKUs and the tests requested; we state it in our proposal.
Can I start with a single SKU?
Yes, from 2,000 units.
How are your prices expressed?
Per unit, ex works (EXW) or delivered to you (DDP), excluding VAT.
Do you work with hotels, spas and clinics?
Yes, when the project reaches our minimum of 2,000 units per SKU, which corresponds to a hotel group, a spa chain or a clinic network.
Do you have a catalogue of formulas?
No. Each formula is developed from your brief. This takes a little more time at the proposal stage, but you get current products that fit your brand.
Can you comply with our banned ingredients list?
Yes. Your exclusion lists, general or specific, are built in from the first version.
Can you aim for a minimum Yuka score?
Yes. Our latest private label formulas score from 86 to over 92/100.
Will we receive samples?
Yes: development samples, to approve before any production.
Where are your products made?
In Belgium. Our R&D laboratory is in Zaventem, near Brussels Airport.
What standards do you work to?
Manufacturing to cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) (ISO 22716, certification in progress), compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
Can we visit or audit the site?
Yes, by appointment.
Do you supply the packaging?
We select it from our partner suppliers, or we use your components. We handle filling and cartoning.
Is your packaging recycled?
We favour recycled plastic: rPET bottles 100%, tubes 60 to 70%, jars 95% on the body of the pack.
